Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
WE currently use the Payroll piece with limited HR support. WE are able to pay our employees quickly and efficiently.
Pros
- Ease of logging in
- Ease of paying and approving employee net pay
- Ease of reporting
Cons
- Shorter window of entry to payday
- nothing else noted
- better and easier tracking of PTO requests
- better workforce visibility with app
We currently only utilize the Payroll and time off tracking but hope to automate and utilize more features in the future.
The app allows the employee to enter their PTO and view their pay stubs quickly and PTO balances
We looked at 3 other payroll systems after deciding to leave Paychex and reviewed all for pricing, automation and ease of use.
