I Recommend Paylocity
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity as our HRIS system. We use the Recruiting ATS, Payroll Function, Onboarding, and Time and Labor. Paylocity is an all in one solution that provides a modern experience. They also provide a ton of reports which helps us understand our business from multiple angles.
Pros
- Reporting
- Modern User Experience
- Intuitive Action Steps
- Customization Options
Cons
- Signatures in email for Recruiting.
- Screen movements tend to be small windows or full changes. Would like in Recruiting when I change a candidates status via the drop down box not to be navigated to that resulting status. Oftentimes, I have more work in the prior status and have to navigate back there multiple times.
- In HR and Payroll, after selecting a searched employee I get a half screen. Give me the full screen view.
- Sort candidates by last name.
- Reduced Costs
- More Visibility into Reporting
We don't use them often because we are a staffing agency and turnover employees frequently. However, I do enjoy the automation of the employee surveys. It's one less thing for us to think about, that actually has an impact on how our business is perceived.
Paycor's system was outdated aesthetically. It was also hard to get the reports I needed to conduct employee wage searches and recruitment cycles. Paycor's rehire system was more streamlined than Paylocity. In Paylocity I have to go through multiple steps and workflow pages to rehire an employee. Paycor was a simple button with data input.
