Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use majority of Paylocity Modules from recruiting to onboarding to learning. We have roughly 530 employees across all entities so it's nice to have a system of record to house all employee activities.
Pros
- Customer Service - our representative is amazing
- Self-Service portal for employees is easy to navigate
- Ease of use with modules
- Clean looking system
- Good support during open enrollment
Cons
- Timing between different modules. Sometimes it's instant and sometimes there's a delay
- Smoother integration process
- I wish there was a better org chart flow
- Reporting is sometimes hard to navigate
- Better candidate experience for recruiting. Able to find good talent
- Reduced errors for payroll
- Organized performance measures
We've had a positive experience switching over to Paylocity ATS platform. This has allowed us to stay organized and improve the recruiting process which has freed us up from a lot of manual work.
Our company uses the community page quite often. It's nice to see employees be able to interact with one another.
Paylocity is way more user friendly and organized than other systems I use. When looking for a feature, it's easy to navigate and usually where I assume to look first. When dealing with a challenging issue, their reps are always available to support.
