Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Payroll, timekeeping, and benefits. Benefits online for our EEs are exceptional because they give us all the tools for our EEs to read, review, and understand what the company offers. BSwift also communicates well with HR&P regarding E&D start and end dates and costs.
Pros
- EE Benefits BSwift.
- HR&P reports are exceptional.
- T&L Timecards are easy to work with and understand.
Cons
- Client Services.
- Turn around time for open tickets.
- Onboarding to have User Access option selection.
- Has connected and encouraged more of our new hires to enroll in Ancillary Benefits.
- Makes supervisors job tasks/responsibilities easy for them to understand and use.
We are currently working on the recruiting tools with Paylocity in hopes of bringing in new hires much more efficiently into Onboarding from the point of hire.
You went back to old school, giving us different groups to talk to for other modules (HR&P, T&L, Reports, Benefits, etc). To me, that provides less stress for the Paylocity rep, who needs to know ALL modules and can focus on the tricks and quirks of one module specifically. HOWEVER, I figured it out quickly that even tho I called in through automation to speak to someone specifically for T&L, it's still the same team for HR&P. Kudos to having a reports team that can dig in to assisting us with reports. Benefits are getting better, and I am communicating with HR&P regarding concerns that aren't being resolved. Before, they would tell me that our problem was in HR&P. Yet when addressed with HR&P, they would say it's a benefits issue and call benefits directly to attempt to resolve it. I struggled to connect with HR&P, which left me lost for a resolution.
