Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll purposes, including Employee HR information and quarterly filings. Paylocity services provide peace of mind, knowing everything is done correctly and on time. Paylocity is easy to use, and their service team is very quick to respond if I need help with anything from voiding and reissuing to setting up direct deposit.

  • Changing the website for ease of use.

Cons

  • N/A
  • General help questions could be easier to access.
  • Chat Feature isn't active and that would be a great tool.
  • Save processing time.
  • Less human error.
  • Employees able to access check stubs.
It has saved us time in processing payroll weekly.
We do not use this feature of Paylocity.

Paylocity is very easy to use. Whenever there is an issue, they quickly respond and help us correct it if needed. We do not use them for timesheet management; however, we may look into that in the future as we become more of a paperless company.
