Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity to manage timecards, time off, process payroll, onboard employees, manage performance, and maintain employee records. We use the entire onboarding module, and it helps a lot. 95% of candidates start with all of their onboarding paperwork completed! Additionally, Paylocity connects to our benefits portal, making open enrollment a breeze!

Streamlining paid time off requests has been extremely helpful. We used to use paper forms for our employee evaluations, but the system in Paylocity has completely changed the process for good! We had 100% engagement on our employee reviews, and payroll has also been better than ever. We are all for the automation of processes!
We have not used the peer recognition system or the surveys yet.
