Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for Payroll, Recruiting, HSA accounts, and Leave time accruals

Pros

  • Answers the phone and chat
  • Responsive, if they do not know the answer they will set an appointment for you
  • Ease of use in terms of user friendly

Cons

  • Ease of use in terms of creating reports when needed
  • More simplified user manual
  • This has reduce times spent on Payroll
  • More consistent onboarding process
  • consistent reporting process
They have made payroll easier for us rather than doing it manually
The peer recognitions are helpful as it keeps the staff engaged
