Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity for HRIS, onboarding, training, time and labor and payroll. Very user friendly and efficient having everything in one system.

Cons

  • Some features are buried deep in Paylocity and not easy to find
  • Receive different answers from different reps on the same question
  • If you have the correct data entered, your outcome will be accurate
  • Efficient payroll processing
  • Efficient output of reports
  • Simple use of system with knowledge base to help if you need assistance
  • Fast response from customer service
Efficient use of system allows more time to focus on other important tasks.
Very useful with positive employee feedback on training videos.
Paylocity is by far the easiest HRIS/Payroll system that I have ever used in my 20+ years of employment.

When I do need assistance and need to contact customer service, the wait time is always short and if I don't get an immediate answer, the wait time for answers is rather quick.
