Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

My company uses Paylocity for onboarding, payroll, time and labor, reporting, and e-verify. The software allows our company to automate many of the tedious HR tasks involved with onboarding and payroll.

It has made a large positive impact on our business. Too much time was previously spent having to key in exceptions and keeping track of what changes had been made.
There is peer recognition but our company has not been using the tools. I think if the tools were expanded or easier to locate, then it might be used more in the future.

Paylocity does a great job of automating the payroll process, taking care of quarterly taxes, and onboarding. However, the tax team is very slow to communicate or give updates and the timecard functionality is not as user friendly as other aspects of the software.
