Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
It helps keep all of our processes aligned - from recruiting, onboarding, policy roll outs, payroll, etc.
Pros
- HRIS - lots of features
- Recruiting - most everything we could want
- Knowledge Base articles
- AI tool is GREAT
Cons
- Recruiting - there are some features I would like to see
- Workflows - can be hard to figure out
- Pricing - SO expensive
- more consistent processes
- reduced time
- improved efficiencies
it streamlines our work, makes things more efficient and more consistent.
We don't have much of the extras, but I like that employees are able to review their own information and make changes themselves to somethings. I also like the Community feature
