Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity as our HRIS, ATS, LMS, and Payroll. Paylocity keeps things organized and easy to use! The user experience has hugely improved since using Paylocity, streamlining our HR & Payroll functions.

  • Missing functionality that allows admin users to view performance management entries.

Automated workflows have been somewhat limited in what we can do. LMS has great features but is mostly manual. Workflows regarding employee status have been disrupted by various updates.
We've had difficulty implementing Community features, aside from basic announcements for birthdays and work anniversaries, which has been nice. The Survey module has been great! We have automated check-in and pulse surveys to gather feedback about employee experience and make positive change.

Paylocity is user-friendly. We've had great employee experience with Paylocity. It is clean, pretty, and modern on the employee and admin sides. Some workflows are limited, and some modules are less developed or restricted in how customizable they can be.
