Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for payroll, timekeeping, LMS, performance reviews, FSA, rewards and recognition. Will be adding compensation piece next year. Company if 80 employees and I am an HR of one, so this makes it manag
Pros
- Payroll is easy and accurate
- LMS is comprehensive and includes compliance
- recognitions and rewards is fun and easy to use
Cons
- often customer service people don't know how to help
- onboarding needs to have allocations option to make it easier to set up
- tracking employee bonuses or commissions inside paylocity would be nice
- reduced manual process for onboarding and made it easy for new employees to onboard and get their training assigned automatically based on their role
- removed errors in updating benefit elections costs
So ar they are allowing me to work on other module set up- with the vision that once everything is set up I can focus more on HR strategy and culture! Right now I am in the thick of setting a lot up, so I am not quite there yet.. but I know I will be!
we have them but don't use them much yet- but we hope to.
