Full HRIS, learning, performance and recruiting.

  • Ability to modify access
  • Texting candidates

Cons

  • Performance reviews aren’t fully customizable
  • Customer Service, timeliness of resolution
  • Constant turnover of customer reps
  • Reduced payroll processing time
  • Efficiencies in recruiting
  • More time spent chasing down issues among the platform - unexpected negative impact
