Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is our primary HRIS system and it helps keep us organized with a lot of coming and going of employees. We’re in the process of adding more modules in the future to help us as we grow rapidly.

  • PTO policies with pay periods
  • Funky things with effective dates
  • Better data driven decisions
We are able to do our engagement surveys in the survey tool, as well as our external performance evidence process. We don’t utilize community or peer recognition to its fullest.
