Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Use for payroll and hr functions. Payroll works well, but we struggle with HR integration and performance management

Pros

  • Payroll is smooth
  • PTO requests are managed well
  • Like that we can send out acknowledgments through the system

Cons

  • We have struggled to implement the performance management module
  • No annual evaluation template were provided
  • We could use some consulting hours from a Paylocity expert as we think our issues are admin settings
  • Payroll is great
  • Smooth PTO request process
Again, payroll is great. We could use more support in implementing the HR and performance management modules
Better than average, but we are struggling to fully utilize functionality
It was long ago, but we previously used ADP… not sure which version.

I think it works fairly well, but we’ve had it for so long some of our initial set up isn’t the best and we don’t know how to fix it.
