Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

In our organization, We use Paylocity for Recruiting through Payroll. Benefits are integrated as well.

Pros

  • Payroll - Retro Pay.
  • Recruiting/Onboarding/Payroll
  • Integrations to 401-K Platform

Cons

  • I think there is room for improvement in Paylocity because Time & Labor different system than HR (human resources) Payroll, Have to log out to see Hourly/Salary employees.
  • Paylocity has decreased time spent on many objectives, Recruiting to Onboarding eliminating errors from old manual processes.
Getting information for ROI regarding talent retention.
Love the Peer recognition, just wish our employees would use more often.
