Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

In our organization, we use Paylocity for Payroll, recruiting, compensation planning, performance reviews, time and labor - we use Paylocity a lot!

Pros

  • Payroll processing
  • applicant tracking
  • time off tracking

Cons

  • Performance - some reviews wouldn't download as pdf
  • Open Enrollment change report!!
  • reduced errors
  • better data-driven decision-making

I gave Paylocity this usability rating because, in my experience, We generally pleased - a few gitches here and there, but overall good. Really need open enrollment change report - in my opinion, Paycom has an awesome one
