Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

we use Paylocity for hris, payroll and performance management. no big problems but when we want reports it's hard to figure out which ones or to find items

  • time card for the hourly employees

Cons

  • run reports
  • search function
  • unload info
  • performance management
  • time cards are on point
  • payroll is easy
  • search function needs improvement
very well as of payroll. no issues
its not very good. generic questions. and it allows the employee to no sign and the manager to not sign causing issues for HR to double check the work
Paylocity is good for payroll and hris but fails with searching and performance management.

just the search feature is not very good. if we want to find something we are almost better to Google the question first eg. "blank blank in Paylocity" vs going to the search feature
