Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

In our organization, we use Paylocity for HR and Payroll and Benefits. We are looking at recruiting to add.

If asked, I think I am likely to tell a colleague that, in our Paylocity experience, There have been many situations where we have called in for support only to receive the incorrect answer. The support group doesn’t always understand the product. We have had many unanswered questions around the compensation module.
