Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

In our organization, we are using Paylocity for Payroll and HR (human resources)

Pros

  • Time and Attendance
  • Org Chart
  • Time off requests

Cons

  • I really dislike the Performance Management
  • The (free) training available is drawn out and disengaging
  • Customer Service not always responsive
  • We had ADP prior to Paylocity - and it was an improvement
Survey tools have been good. We use SharePoint, so not as much engagement use of Community
Generally good, but can't use the Performance Management because it is not customizable and 1 size doesn't fit all. This was a big disappointment.
