Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Payroll - we consistently have issues with 401k matching and most recently 1095-Cs.
  • The time invested each payroll cycle is more than what it should be.
  • C-Suite and senior leaders are not impressed or satisfied with the performance and lack of usability.
Not effective
We don't use this as people are not interested in it.
Lots of people have complained that the features are not easy to use and things as simple as requesting time off takes too much time. We are a small company and if Paylocity cannot support a small company, we don't have much hope that they will be able to support any other size.
Paylocity does not compare; Paylocity was recommended by another implementation company.

We are a small company so if Paylocity cannot support our company of 25 employees properly, I would not recommend Paylocity to any company, especially a larger one with opportunity for lots of mishaps.
