Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

In our organization, We are using time and Labor, payroll, HR and recruiting in Paylocity.

Pros

  • Payroll processing
  • customer engagement

Cons

  • modules do not automatically interface
  • customer support is staffed by uneducated csrs--i know the system better than they do
  • better reporting
  • interface with GL and accounting system
time tracking has improved.
very little
very usable but issues with multiple workarounds for processes that other systems have automated

There are some opportunities with interface between modules. some of the functionality that I would expect from an HRIS for day to day HR functions is lacking--for example, leave management no interface with payroll or benefits
