Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for recruiting, payroll, performance reviews, and data insights. It helps us track candidates so we can sort them and contact qualified ones quickly to expedite the hiring process. Once someone is selected, we move them to Onboarding to complete all their new hire paperwork online. Everyone loves to get paid, and Paylocity makes sure we pay employees timely and accurately. The Performance module allows us to complete employee performance reviews quickly. And HR data in Insights helps answer questions like where employees live compared to the workplace and how our turnover compares to industry trends. So very helpful!
