Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use it for almost everything except Time and Labor. Our employees enjoy how easy it is to use and they have a lot of fun with Community. Particularly the polls and rewards and recognition features! On the HR side, it’s simplified our compensation, learning, and recruiting processes.
Pros
- Concise recruiting dashboard.
- Easy to use learning module for supervisors and employees.
- Quick compensation lookup.
Cons
- Performance reviews need to have a function where admins don’t see one another’s reviews. This is unfair to HR teams where someone may be struggling.
- There seems to be a new thing where it zeros out someone’s pay if they get hired when one check is processing but they don’t get paid until the next one. This is such a pain.
- The service team NEEDS to be faster and more efficient. Account managers don’t even have basic knowledge of the product they work for (my current one is much better and he actually tries to help and keeps us informed, but I had to go through a few before we got him).
It’s reduced paper and streamlined our processes.
They’ve been very helpful - it’s taken time but people have really embraced community! I hope we get to push out more surveys in the near future.
As an HR person, Paylocity is the best me I’ve used!
