Paylocity Review
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We run payroll through it. We run our benefits through it. Our health, dental, vision, benefits. We use community somewhat. We have teams, so a lot of our employees are used to teams, so it's kind of hard to get people to switch over sometimes to things once they're used to something.
Pros
- Timekeeping. Timekeeping is just so simple and if you forget to do a punch, you just email your supervisor, they can fix it for you. I love the timekeeping aspect of Paylocity.
Cons
- We're having some issues, which I just spoke with one of the people from Paylocity with the accrual system not working properly for us. So we've got some cases open and we're hoping to get that resolved pretty quickly.
- I would say reduced costs. We're kind of getting everything into one space. We had so many different products before that we've been able to implement into Paylocity with all their different modules that they offer.
I would say that it's, as far as time management, it's really made things a lot smoother as far as I'm going to get all tongue tied. Just the ease of it
Not a real huge impact. Like I said, we use Teams. Our employees, it seems a lot of them don't like change, so it's just a matter of having the time to roll those types of things out. We've had a lot of turnover lately. We've had a lot of hiring issues, so you got to do what's the most important. So that kind of falls behind sometimes as far as those things go.
