Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
At our organization, Paylocity is our HRIS platform. We use it for the entire employee lifecycle. This includes everything from recruiting and onboarding to payroll, benefits administration, time and attendance, and compliance reporting. It serves as the single source of truth for employee data, which keeps HR, managers, and employees aligned and reduces duplicate entry. It supports our day-to-day operations allowing us to spend more time on engagement and development rather than manual tasks.

- Allowing Performance Reviews to be auto-scheduled and canceled if an employee terminates.
