Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity to manage our entire payroll system. We use the human resources, time and labor, onboarding, and learning modules. We have a company set of three companies, with 500+ employees. We upload all of our payroll documents into our digital personnel files in Paylocity. We have been very satisfied with Paylocity. I appreciate that we have a dedicated account manager, but also that we can talk to anyone in tech support.

Time and labor has been a great tool for tracking hours and it integrates well into payroll. I haven't found the scheduling feature very helpful due to its limitations. Online onboarding is very helpful for us. There is more that I would like to see in online onboarding.
We don't use the employee engagement tools at this time. It's difficult to get part time employees to be engaged in their Paylocity portal, and that's our biggest group of employees.
It functions well and we have figured out how to make it work for 90% of our needs.

The payroll process is straightforward. There is a lot of flexibility in adding multiple departments and rates. Time and labor works smoothly for the most part and is imported seamlessly into the payroll module. We make the learning module work for our needs, but it needs some improvement.
