Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
My company uses Paylocity for payroll processing, quarterly and yearly payroll tax processing, and personnel management. Paylocity handles everything related to our needs mentioned. We run payroll every two weeks using time clocks that feed the payroll system, we use the onboarding feature of the personnel module. Paylocity provides timely payroll reports and other features that help my company complete such tasks as Workers Comp insurance compliance reporting.

- Sometimes the wait for support can be long
- I can't talk to the Tax Department directly. Can turn into a game of telephone
- This would be better if you did not ask me the same thing over and over. Paylocity is a very good product with tons of features and it is user friendly. If I started a business tomorrow, Paylocity would be one of my first phone calls.

Paylocity provides plenty of tools to any company educate and train employees with their many features.
We looked at 3 national products and one regional payroll processing company whose names i don't recall because it was six years ago. I do remember one was QuickBooks. Reasons we picked Paylocity. Cost. Ease of use. Support.
