Paylocity streamlines our processes from scheduling to communicating with employees, and the reporting tool is easy to use.

- Audit trail within the scheduler.
- The employee absences flag disappears after closing the pay period; it would be helpful if the flag remained on the employee's timecard.
- Ability to assign a supervisor within in a company set to multiple company IDs.
- Has reduced the time it takes to create schedule.
- Improved employee communication.
- Reduced hours to manage aspects of the HR department.
The scheduling has been streamlined with templates and gives the ability to move through the process quickly.
Community has help us communicate a consistent message to all employees at one time.
As long as I am the Director of HR, we will never be a Paychex customer again. The report writer of Paychex, I felt I needed a Paychex college degree to navigate. When we decided to leave Paychex, they did not help in any way to help me navigate retaining my employee records within their system. My philosophy is always try to end a relationship on good terms, you never know there may be an instance when you could earn their business again.
