Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll and benefit administration and have been with them for over 15 years.

Pros

  • Update on new enhancements.
  • A representative is always available when a dedicated rep is not.
  • Peak articles are very useful.

Cons

  • Need to stop asking to get a verification code when accessing employee info.
  • Time and labor would be nice to just select and enter an employee's name instead of having to use the drop-down menu.
  • Seems like every time an update is installed, it changes the settings we have for certain things.
  • Having a constant issue with being charged for Zwift on an ID that does not have the benefit product.
  • Employees being able to change and correct their punches in a timely manner saves time and is very helpful.
  • PTO approval process is simple.
Really, no change. We have very little turnover, which allows us plenty of time for payroll and HR tasks.
Our employees really like the community areas.
Sometimes employees have a hard time going from one company to another to view check stubs and W-2s, but that could be human error.
