Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for time and attendance and for payroll processing.

Cons

  • Support for adding state tax codes is weak (when one of our employees moves to a new state and we need that state's payroll tax added).
  • Our last payroll software consistently made errors in the time off accruals so I manually calculated and tracked them. Paylocity tracks this accurately and has saved me several hours each month on this process alone.
Previously we used two different software providers for time/attendance and for the payroll process. By combining them in Paylocity and with Paylocity's more efficient process I save a lot of time processing payroll.
Paylocity is the best payroll software I have used.

Paylocity is easy to use and intuitive for both for my team and for me. The mobile app is especially easy to use. When I have a question or issue the customer support responds quickly and makes sure my question is answered. I really like that Paylocity is always working to improve their software for the future.
