Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll. It has been an absolute gift from where we were.

Pros

  • Time tracking
  • HR
  • Benefit integration
  • Reporting

Cons

  • Our holidays didn’t generate over for this year. That would be great if it could transfer those instead of needing to be built every time.
  • Paylocity has been more cost effective and user friendly
We spend much less time working payroll.

I love Paylocity. We really haven’t had any issues. We have only been using it for 6-7 months so we are still learning and working trough some transitional things.
