Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity to direct deposit and run our payroll and monthly commission payouts to our brokers.

Pros

  • supports us with twice monthly payrolls
  • makes quarterly tax payments
  • runs our yearly tax forms
  • creates specific reports for our yearend procedures for our accounting

Cons

  • possible quicker verbal response to questions
  • Employees like the access with direct deposit
  • Agents we pay monthly by direct deposit is a great
  • Employees like to see the yearly income on their phones
We use payroll and monthly commissions. Paylocity eports we use are very helpful.
Our employees seem to love it!

For a small business, Paylocity is a very helpful support system to keep us up to date for our accounting system. All contacts with personal have been extremely helpful and courteous. Using the direct deposit has been a lifesaver for brokers who tended to hold onto checks and then misplace.
