Paylocity helps us spend less time in payroll processes ao tha we can spend more time on employee engagement strategies.
Community is great for weekly communication efforts with staff. Employees use recognition as a fun way to acknowledge others. We haven't utilized surveys as much as we should.
There is so much that we can do in Paylocity but have not had the time to learn it.
Paylocity is the first product we have used for HR support.

Daily timekeeping is easy to use and corrections are also easy to make. Employee performance evaluation is also easy to use and straightforward. It is very helpful to see and keep track of their overall performance score as you fill out the form.
