Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for payroll, HRIS, data insights, recognition, applicant tracking, and onboarding. We are able to receive key KPI's and insights at a glance. The recruiting portal automatically posts to Indeed and ZipRecruiter, with the ease of being able to add Job Target for managing where we are spending our budgeted dollars, where we are getting the most action from our posts. Onboarding is seamless for us and our new hires.

- Sometimes the level and quality of service depends on who you get
- ACA being more intuitive and seamless
- More Data insights - i.e. - being able to break down turnover to see what your turnover rate is from hire to 90 days. Things like that.
- Better value for the cost
- Better data integrity
- More user friendly for admin and employees
The data insights automate a lot of the KPI calculations. The recognition badges allows for an inexpensive built in platform for both peer to peer and management to peer recognition. And the recruiting and onboarding platforms make talent acquisition seamless and transparent between the recruiting team.
As mentioned in previous comments, all of these things add value and minimal added cost.
