Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We used Paylocity for payroll and aca reporting. We currently run 16 payrolls biweekly. Handles all payroll chores

Pros

  • Tracks ACA requirements
  • Processes payroll
  • Employee Records

Cons

  • sometimes I feel I know more than the customer reps
  • some places there is a lot of mouse clicks to complete a simple task
  • customized report writing could be easier
  • Need more time at the end of the year to enter 3rd party sick pay information before the W2s are printed
  • reduce errors
