Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Primarily we use it for Payroll, Time & Attendance and Reporting. There are no problems that it really addresses, just solutions for information we are needing to gather.
Pros
- Ease of use unlike other payroll companies we have looked into
- Mobile App integrates directly with the online system making it seamless
Cons
- When administering "product enhancements," making sure all issues that could arrise already have a solution
- Reduced cost based on other payroll companies by offering easy platform to use
I have had more issues lately with Paylocity. It seems like a lot of things are changing within the system - HR & Payroll, Time & Attendance, Reporting, etc. I don't know if this is to try and keep up with other payroll companies, but we have looked at Paycor and Paycom in the past and did not like how rigid they were to use. Paylocity is simple and to the point, and with all of the product enhancements without notification to us as a company, it is becoming more frustrating and fragile to use in some areas.
