Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity as our HRIS platform. Coming from ADP at my previous employer, Paylocity is so much easier to use and service is exceptional. Paylocity handles Recruiting, Onboarding, HR & Payroll and Time & Labor for our company.

Overall it is great, but PTO tracking is very time consuming especially at the beginning of the year. Please improve PTO!!!!

I have no idea what premium support means? No one has ever mentioned this to me and we've been a client since 2014.
Yes - No, we've had several problems and it took multiple attempts to get it corrected.
A former account manager was able to figure out the right code for PTO to automatically deduct from the employees available balance. It is a setting in the PTO policy that auto reduces the balance when an employee requests time off.
