Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity every hour of the day, for all employee changes, new hire onboarding, recruiting and payroll

Pros

  • Sign on
  • Ease of adding time to timecards
  • Time Off requests for employees

Cons

  • Payroll
  • Ease of use and reports
  • Reports
  • we spend more time trying to work within the confines of Paylocity than the ability to process items
  • workforce visibility is OK
  • needs better data ability
WE still spend extensive time even with the automations that were to make it easier-
Minimal impact with community and peer recognition
Needs better data for the cost of your system. Have to jump through extensive hoops to get one thing accomplished.
Paylocity needs to work harder to get to the levels of ADP or UKG for larger companies

Paylocity works great for smaller companies, this is not a good system for payroll as they are not able to handle what we need for payroll. Paylocity also needs help with their recruiting handling and reporting- very limited information available in reports to help with overall recruiting. Paylocity needs to up their game to handle larger companies
