Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity Web Pay

It is being used by the entire organization. I am one department in the organization
  • Employees can track their time
  • Employees have access to necessary forms
  • Their training is non existent. They tried a phone training that was did not go well at all.
  • There is no follow up with the customer
  • I have had so many issues and they have yet to contact me directly for assistance
  • In my position, this question does not apply
I do not think the ADP I selected is the right one, but we used ADP and Paylocity does not stack up to them.
In concept it is great if you work a straight 40 hours per week. I have employees who work varied shifts, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. They sell it as up to date, when the reality is, it isn't. I can only post current times two weeks out of the month. They still have not added employee paid time off so the system does not allow me to do my job properly and it has doubled my work time with Paylocity.
