Overall Satisfaction with Payoneer
I started using Payoneer about 6 years ago and it is the best payment platform that I've used as a freelancer. They make it very easy for me to receive payment from international clients because they have any currencies that I can use. Therefore, that means that I can easily get paid from clients in many countries. They also make it very easy for me to either withdraw the funds with my very own Payoneer MasterCard or even withdraw the money to my local bank.

- Sometimes when you reach out to customer service can are not able to provide information without escalating
- Other departments are not available to provide live assistance you have to wait for an email most times

- Easy to send and receive funds to other with Payoneer
When I used TransferWise I needed to add my Payoneer banking info. Therefore, even though I used this I still needed to use Payoneer. TransferWise limits the countries that they send cards to. It would have been easier to use and it would have removed the need to use Payoneer as well.
