Overall Satisfaction with Paytm

We use Paytm for all unorganized payments to vendors. Paytm is also used for bill payments. The Paytm food card is helpful. Paytm is also used currently to settle employee informal lunches.

Paytm is well suited for Indian needs and market with integrations. Paytm offers a lot more services. Paytm supports credit scores.
Great for offline and online payments. Not really good with shopping marketplace. Really good with user interface but does lack customer understanding and support
