Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it to create and modify PDF documents. I like the highlighting, erase and adding text functions particularly. I use this mostly in regard to marketing to insurance agents.

I haven't really used the customer support very much but they were helpful when we had a question about billing.

I find it much easier to use and more user friendly than Adobe Acrobat

It is a great tool for updating or editing an existing document to make sure it is exactly how you want it to appear. I feel it is a good value, especially for the price.
