It is being used in the enrollment process and claims process. Right now Pega 7 is only for new projects where we have a lot of rules.

- Very difficult to mock the complex scenarios
- Not able to monitor the transaction using any other third party monitoring tools
- It should have a load balance option for all HTTP calls
- It is a return of investment in the enrollment process
- Similarly it plays a vital role in the claim process
