Overall Satisfaction with Pendo.io
We use Pendo.io to submit requests for product improvements and to increase the visibility of the progress our product is making. This allows us to crowdsource the most requested features, provide some updates on what is in the works, and give a better vision internally of the product road map going forward.

Pendo.io works a lot better than the previous software we were using. It has made it easier to prioritize the feedback that we receive and has allowed our users to better be able to voice their opinions and the opinions of clients. We can much more easily keep track of the history of requests and we are able to see what has been thought about in the past to make better iterations for the future.
