Overall Satisfaction with Pendo.io
We use Pendo.io to submit requests for product improvements and to increase the visibility of the progress our product is making. This allows us to crowdsource the most requested features, provide some updates on what is in the works, and give a better vision internally of the product road map going forward.
- Helps us organize all of the improvement requests that we receive.
- Provides a place to give updates on upcoming developments.
- Allows us to see what is most popular and what will help us stay client focused.

- The increase in transparency has been huge for morale.
- It shows our clients we are working extra hard for them.
- We have an increased redundancy with requests which has slowed down the selection of new developments.
The organization of Pendo.io makes it much easier to use. We can also get more granular with our request to really dig down into what the root of the issue is and why we are being asked to improve something. We also have been able to better broadcast our wins internally and externally.
