Pendo is a product experience platform that helps software product teams deliver products users love. With Pendo, product teams can answer questions like which features are customers using? Which features are they ignoring? Which ones are driving delight and which are causing pain and confusion? From these same insights, users can set up in-app messages, guides and walkthroughs without any coding to help users get the most value from products. I have used both Google Analytics and Pendo in the past. Basic functionality in terms of usage monitoring is similar.
Because it requires enterprise licenses, so the decision comes from leadership instead of product managers like me, I don't have a strong preference. But Pendo guides seems like an additional offering when compared to GA.

Pendo.io doesn't try to fit every possible product management feature inside the application, rather it focuses on the user experience and analytics part. And they do that beautifully. Because they are focused on their strength so they are best in that, also their pricing is better than all the other competitors.

The organization of Pendo.io makes it much easier to use. We can also get more granular with our request to really dig down into what the root of the issue is and why we are being asked to improve something. We also have been able to better broadcast our wins internally and externally.

WalkMe is not as user-friendly and the analytics portion at the time was limited. However, their step by step guides and walk-thrus were great. So just depends on whats most important to you.

I would say ChurnZero is nicer because it does get more granular in terms of the specific usage stats, but I would say that Pendo's customizable time frames make it much easier for me to drill into a specific quarter, date range, etc...
