Overall Satisfaction with Pendo.io

Pendo.io helps our team learn more about HOW our customers use our product. I greatly value the analytics that Pendo.io provides, specifically Paths, Funnels, and Workflows as this high-level data perspective across our customer base is helping us define benchmark metrics across industries and segments. Without Pendo.io we have to rely on our CSMs to understand a customer's utilization of our product and their engagement over time.

Pros

  • Helps our team understand the path a user takes through the product.
  • Highlights best (and worst) practice workflows.
  • Allows CSMs to manage the pulse of an account; engagement, utilization, feature adoption, overall fit.

Cons

  • Difficult for non-technical team members to understand where data might be coming from.
  • Better ability to filter or combine data across accounts
  • Mostly just improved visibility.
  • Able to identify more risky customers based on activity
Requires some technical knowledge on how Pendo.io was setup to fully understand our data. Not as directly apparent as we need.

Pendo.io seems to be very well suited for our needs. I think having a stronger relationship with our contact at Pendo.io would help us get more value out of the product. We also need to better understand what we are missing out on by not implementing more of the platform.
