Overall Satisfaction with Pendo.io

We use Pendo.io to get a better pulse on how our customers interact with our product — what their preferences and opinions are. The scope of our use case is fairly broad, and we use the tool for a lot of our key platform notifications and user preference / opinion studies.

Pendo.io is very user friendly. A lot of its features can be used by most people. Some features like paths requires some getting used to, but there's a lot of documentation on their website. I'm not giving it a perfect score because of this nuance — but it's mostly easy to use.

In spite of its limitations, I think that Pendo.io is a truly powerful tool. It's great for uncovering gold nuggets of customer behavioral data, and it's also great for in-platform communications. I'd say that it's a necessary tool for most SaaS companies, especially B2B SaaS. Pricing is quite prohibitive though, so smaller companies might struggle with adoption.
