Overall Satisfaction with Pendo.io

My two primary use cases for Pendo.io are to track and respond to product feedback or potential issues & to ensure these are routed to support or our Engineers for improvements, and to create tool tips, guides, pop-ups etc within our platform. That is the primary use

Pros

  • Customization options for guides/tool-tips
  • Continuous Improvements
  • Ease of use

Cons

  • There's a lot displaying on all the dashboards, maybe a bit more organized or categorized
  • revenue impact is not clear - that would be for our finance manager
I think for the most part it's easy to use and has very clear options and instructions
Pendo.io has far more options for customizations needed to provide everything we need (which is specific) for our overall end goals. Pendo.io also provides two of the items I need versus one.

When product bugs arise that have large impact, Pendo.io allows us to easily communicate to our users without muddying their already full inboxes and ensuring they see the notification as soon as they attempt to sign in or sign in. It's a much quicker approach and ensures clients are not missing their care appointments.
