Overall Satisfaction with Pendo.io

We use Pendo.io to add helpful information and guides to our saas eSourcing platform. In particular, thanks to Pendo.io, buyers are guided in the creation of Requests for Quotation on the platform, and we have significantly reduced the number of tickets opened to the support team, addressing the most requested clarifications. We are able to customize the information we want to display to users (not possible on the SaaS platform), for example, with instructions on how to complete requested fields and suggestions on different configuration alternatives.

Cons

  • Some features are complex to tag.
  • Reduce lead time for users to complete the process.
  • Reduce support personnel.
Configuring Pendo guides can take some time, but there are practical courses that can help you achieve a good level of knowledge to use the full potential of Pendo. For users, usability is excellent, as guides can be placed where they are most suitable and are therefore displayed as desired.

It is beneficial if used on SaaS that offers little customization. It is undoubtedly less suitable for straightforward processes where the activities performed by users are always the same and already well-defined. At the same time, it is very useful for processes that involve activities that can be performed according to various alternatives.
